When is the RSVP deadline?

​Where should I stay the night? 

Our friends and family have such varying budgets and locales, so we did not book a hotel block. However, there will be guests staying at both the Chalet Inn and Suites in Centerport, and the Whitman Motor Lodge in Huntington Station.

Please be aware that he week of our wedding is a busy one on Long Island with the Ryder Cup, golf tournament happening in Bethpage, bringing a hundred thousand out-of-towners! This immediately sold out many hotels ahead of time.  (just our luck!)

Where should I park?

Valet parking is strongly encouraged onsite due to the deteriorating state of the parking lot in back. The cracked pavement will make for a dangerous trek in high heels... {or after a few drinks}

 ​

What should I wear? 

Festive cocktail attire is requested!

 

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?​

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held onsite, out doors on the front lawn. (this coincides with the previous question) Be aware that some heeled shoes may limit your mobility for your time outside. The cocktail and reception will be indoors.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

It is 100% ok to take photos at any time! Just please be mindful of our professional photographers and kindly stay out of their way!

Additionally, we would love for everyone to post their photos to our photo album so keep your eyes peeled for the QR code posted up around the event.

I have dietary restrictions; will there be food for me? 

You can trust the gluten and dairy free bride that there will be both celiac safe, vegan, vegetarian and common allergen free options for guests to enjoy throughout the wedding.  When in doubt please do not hesitate to ask a server what dishes are safe for you.

Will there be an afterparty? 

Since the wedding reception at Coindre Hall will  be over at 8pm, we may carry on with our festivities at a local bar in Greenlawn!  Beau's bar is a quick 12 minute ride from the hall.  We arn't sure yet if there is a band booked to play, or if there will be a small cover charge amount at the door.  Check for these details in the program at the wedding!
